By using our website, requesting a quote, contacting us, or requesting services from JunkMax, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

JunkMax provides junk removal, hauling, cleanout, and related services in the areas described on our website.

Service availability, pricing, scheduling, accepted materials, and other service details may vary depending on the location, volume, type, condition, and accessibility of the materials involved.

Certain materials may be prohibited or subject to additional restrictions.

JunkMax may decline to remove materials that are hazardous, illegal, restricted, unsafe, or otherwise outside the services we provide.

3. Quotes and Pricing

JunkMax may provide quotes based on information, descriptions, dimensions, photographs, or other information supplied by the customer.

When a customer accepts a quote, the quoted price is the agreed price for the described scope of work, provided that the items, volume, access, and other material conditions match the information provided when the quote was prepared.

This means that if the junk and access match the photos and information provided by the customer, the customer will pay the price that was approved before the work begins.

If the final scope of work or material conditions differ significantly from the information provided when the quote was prepared, including differences in the items, volume, access, location, or other conditions that materially affect the work required, JunkMax may revise the price.

Any revised price will be communicated to the customer and approved by the customer before additional work associated with the revised scope or conditions is performed.

A quote does not guarantee that JunkMax will accept every item shown or described if an item is prohibited, restricted, unsafe, or otherwise outside the scope of our services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the requested service, including the service location and a general description of the materials to be removed.

Customers should identify any known hazardous, restricted, or unusual materials before service.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any permissions, approvals, parking arrangements, building access, or other access necessary for JunkMax to perform the requested service at the property.

Customers should remove or identify personal belongings and items that are not intended for disposal before JunkMax begins work.

5. Items We May Not Accept

JunkMax reserves the right to refuse removal of materials that are hazardous, illegal, restricted, contaminated, unsafe, or otherwise outside the scope of our services.

This may include certain chemicals, hazardous substances, explosives, weapons, biological materials, and other materials that cannot legally or safely be transported or disposed of through our normal operations.

If you are unsure whether we can remove a particular item, please contact JunkMax before scheduling service.

6. Payment

Payment is due according to the payment terms communicated by JunkMax for the applicable service.

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for paying the approved price for completed services.

Any additional work or revised pricing resulting from a material difference in the scope of work or conditions will be communicated to and approved by the customer before the additional work is performed.

7. Text Messaging Terms

If you consent to receive text messages from JunkMax, you may receive SMS/text messages relating to your quote, requested services, appointments, scheduling, pickup or arrival information, customer support, and other service-related communications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a JunkMax text message.

SMS consent is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from JunkMax.

Your consent to receive text messages applies only to JunkMax and is not transferable to another company or organization.

8. SMS Opt-In and Consent

When SMS consent is collected through the JunkMax website, the consent request is presented separately from acceptance of these Terms and is not selected by default.

Providing a phone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages.

Customers may also initiate a text conversation with JunkMax by using a click-to-text feature on our website. When a customer initiates a conversation in this manner, JunkMax may respond to the customer's request and communicate regarding that request or service.

JunkMax will use customer contact information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Marketing Messages

Service-related SMS consent does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages.

Where JunkMax sends promotional or marketing text messages, we will obtain the applicable consent required for those messages.
